What is your availability?

My availability for therapy sessions generally are weekday evenings.

How can I schedule with you?

Please reach out using the contact form. I will reply to set up a consult with you. Once we have our consult and have decided it’s a good fit, I will send you a link to my booking site where you can schedule your sessions. 

Do you offer in person sessions?

Not at this time.

do you work with couples?

Only with individuals.

Where do we meet for online sessions?

I primarily use Zoom for sessions and also have alternative platform options available.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit card and e-transfer.

Do you offer psychology receipts?

Yes, if your insurance plan does not cover registered psychotherapists but does cover psychologists I can provide receipts.

What is your intake process?

We start where you are and with what brings you to therapy. That means I do not spend the first session taking down your life history.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on factors such as goals, life circumstances, finances etc. I am happy to discuss this during our consult.

Do I need to see you every week?

It’s up to you. Typically clients start off biweekly and adjust as needed. I will support the frequency that you decide works for you.
